About

Planners and Engineers Collaborative was established in 1964 as a landscape architecture firm, and since that time has continued to instill the land planning capabilities for all projects. PEC+ specializes in master land planning for residential, commercial, municipal, parks, and mixed-use projects of all kind.

Planning is a common process to our culture; we assist our clients in preparing their developments for the future within a followed and given set of parameters. We begin by identifying the existing conditions, set realistic and achievable goals, and then implement a desired result. We then develop the timeframe and approach for reaching project goals within the limits of economic and policy parameters. PEC+'s strength lies in our ability to integrate our understanding of all aspects of a project—planning, engineering, scientific, and construction—into comprehensive "action plans" that are implementable and effective. Through a process of feedback, plans, and monitoring, we are able to produce a high quality planned development for our clientele.
