PEC+is beginning work on a new wellness community in Forsyth County. The Ascent, located along the banks of Lake Lanier, is a 60-lot single family community focused on tranquility and healthy living. Spearheaded by Gramar DevelopmentGroup, the builders envision a community “where wellness seems effortless.” The development will include a community dock with 13 slips in Young Deer Creek and one individual slip in the Six Mile Creek area.
Directly adjacent to the Chattahoochee River inside the perimeter, this master development includes six separate developments: the Eddy apartment complex, Reformation Brewery, Chattahoochee Coffee Company, GrandChampion Barbecue, and The Drift apartments, which are at the end stages of construction. In addition, the development will have single family attached townhomes. This multifamily development provides a live/work lifestyle with direct access to the river.
Begun in the early 2000’s, PEC+ provided design for the roadway improvements that had to be initially completed before the development would be built.
